Achieving this can be an extremely difficult task and given that the average wedding takes around 200 hours to plan, it can also end up taking alot of your valuable time. Our wedding planning services take away the stresses and enable you to have an enjoyable experience from start to finish. To a lot of people, as soon as they hear the suggestion of hiring a wedding planner, they immediately think it’s going to be a huge expense. In fact, most of the time Faye can save you money. From the beginning of the planning process she will work with you to manage your wedding budget, you tell her what you want to spend, and she will ensure you don’t go a penny over. Faye work’s with trusted suppliers who offer her clients the highest quality of services at discounted rates.
You’ve found your venue and they have a co-ordinator.. She’s great and has everything under control, she’s even given you a list of suppliers they work with. But keep in mind that’s generally as far as their services go. Faye goes beyond these tasks, helping you manage your budget, mediate family disputes, help you come up with design ideas, tell you what colour schemes and flowers are in season, introduce you to suppliers, research all possibilities and anything else you wish.
There seems to be a slight stigma around wedding planners completely taking over the couple’s planning process. This isn’t the case, as a wedding planner Faye will only take care of the things you want her to. Whether you just need help with a few ideas, find you a venue, to be there on the day, or of course plan the full thing for you, it doesn’t matter how big or small the job is. On average, it takes 200-250 hours to plan a wedding, a bride spends approximately 11 hours a week on doing so just in the 7 week run up to her big day. We know brides who have taken leave from work in order to have more time to plan their weddings. Our on the day coordination allows you to be able to enjoy the build up to your special day without having to worry that everything is in order. This is perfect for the client who has everything lined up and simply needs a trusted event planner to review and execute all plans.
Three weeks before your event we will have a handover meeting in which you will provide details of all of your suppliers. We will contact everyone to confirm plans as per your instructions. Any problems that may arise, we will be the point of contact and take care of everything. We will put together a detailed timeline for your day so everyone knows where they need to be and when.
On the day we will be there to co-ordinate every detail to ensure it runs seam free. Worrying about the little “what ifs” is our job, we will be there to set up your venue, run errands, co-ordinate all suppliers and manage the full day to allow you to relax and enjoy your day to the fullest.
Perfect for those clients who would like to plan their own event but are unsure about a few things and would like some professional advice. Maybe you’re part way through the planning process and have become stuck? You can purchase an hour or bundles of hours to use our consultancy services for that extra piece of mind and ensure everything is on track. We can discuss anything you like, from themes, budget planning, room layouts, menu ideas, look at venues, whatever you need. This service is designed to be as flexible as possible to help you create your perfect wedding.
Bundles from £50 for 2 hours
There are so many options that selecting the right venue for you can be a difficult decision. You also may not find the time to visit them all. Maybe you have a couple in mind but can’t come to a final decision, or you just have no idea where to start.
We would start with an initial face-to-face consultation to get to know you both, your story, ideas and wishes. We would like to find out exactly what you’re looking for in a venue, your likes and dislikes, which venues you have already ruled out (and why).
Following your brief we would research venues to suit your requirements and preferences
Next we would produce a detailed report recommending 3 – 4 venues
Followed by accompanied visits to your shortlisted venues and negotiating the best price then finalising your contract
Faye’s job as an event planner is to do just that, research, she is continuously searching for new suppliers to fulfil your every need. From our database we can hand pick the right suppliers for you, negotiating the best possible prices in keeping with your budget.
Based on the information you provide us with we will send out all of your save the dates, invitations, collate and monitor replies and if necessary, chase responses. We can even send out thank you cards after your wedding or event.
If you would prefer to send everything yourself we would more than happy monitor your replies and help you collate your final guestlist.
Full Planning services include; Consultancy and advice, budget planning, venue selection, supplier sourcing, guest management, on the day coordination, styling and design assistance, unlimited consultations.
We will: work with you to create a budget (and make sure you don’t exceed it), Prioritise tasks, provide a clear timeline to work to, work through all admin with you. Source venues and visit them with you, hand pick suppliers and attain discounts (saving you money), come up with creative styling design ideas in keeping with your theme, assist with guest management, send out all invites and manage RSVPs and do all the other bits in between. We will maintain communication with you so you know what’s going on every step of the way, listen to you when you want to let of steam, always be honest with you and give you the best possible wedding or event you could ever imagine.
We most certainly will not: Turn it into our wedding or event. Take over areas you don’t want us to or force my opinions on you. Give you the same event as previous clients. Tell you that you look amazing in a dress if it isn’t suitable for you and your shape. Let you go over budget. Tell you we can’t do it because it’s a Sunday or a late evening. Not give you the full discount our trusted suppliers offer you by booking through us.
Full Wedding planning can also include; dress shopping, suit shopping, cake tasting, assistance with organising your hen and stag do if you wish, coordinate your wedding rehearsal, on the day coordination from start to finish to ensure nothing goes wrong.
